Hi all

Can anyone explain the following please

1 ,I think my dish might be off slightly as using usals it finds the channels but are not best signal . I go into positioner and fine movement but how do you SAVE that position ( always need to move west /could i increase or decrease usals for west setting )
2 ,. Also what is calibrate /autofocus /tune ?
3 ,And when i am searching should i search for SINGLE TRANSPONDER OR SINGLE SATELITTE ? Loads of channels found with nothing on

Many thanks

Dave

Using USALS you can't save any position.
If you want to store positions (of every satellite) you should set USALS to NO.

You could always add or subtract as the case maybe the amount you need to move west to your positioner info, for example my offset is 0.03

So would that be add/ deduct if my dish always has to be moved west ??

If you have to move the dish to the West, you should move your own position to the East.

Doesn't matter, try getting a lock on 0.8w and then store that as position 1, everything else should be fine after that.
