Just wanted to say i had the pleasure of dealing with a certain andy blac today, i was having a few problems with my box, network shares etc, so i thought i would ask andy over skype to see if he could maybe shed some light, seeing as he is a busy guy i didnt think he would have the time to help, i could not have been more wrong, what a nice guy, was more then happy to help, must have spent a good hour or so checking what the problem might be, was very patient with me and nothing seemed like to much trouble, sadly coudnt fix the issue so its a reflash to be done, but just wanted to say thanks again andy .
