Osd menu gone mad and unreadable

Hi guys

Using tm single 4d openpli3.0 3.5.3

All was fine until I decided to use the default skin
Restarted the box and since the Menu display is totally gone ballistic
All writing squeezed and shifted
Although the menu background remain correct and so is the highlighting when you go through the menu but the font etc... Is misplaced and totally unreadable

My hope would be from someone to post pictures of his menu
One by one to change skin options

I should be able to count and navigate through by looking at you pics

I can still get the video on the tv just the menu gone crazy

there should something like 4 screenshot to do to get to the skin area

Not many here use the 4D image to be able to offer help, most here use ViX.

If you want to stick to 4D, what iamge date are you using? May be easier to reflash.

I was hoping since both use openpli (at least I think) it would be the same menus.

I don't want to mess up the box even more, it came with 4d preinstalled (V3.5.3 latest I believe)

this is so frustrating.

I tried too to ftp the box so I could try to remove the skin or something like editing etc...

but when I telnet it I get the username prompt which is fine I ve used root but when comes the password prompt my keyboard become "frozen", nothing I type is displayed.

No mate it does not work like that.

4D is pretty much just pli with a few minor tweaks, ViX however is only loosely based on pli and moving further and further away from pli with time the two are no where near the same thing.

I guess I ll have to investigate openvix then.
