mgcamb or cccam

Two quick questions what's the difference between "Mgcamb & cccam" and which one would you recommend?

If you use mgcamd, you will need to use another can to share your local card to it, whereas with cccam, it can decrypt your local card straight off....

As for recommending, they are both fairly dated, so I would say to go for oscam personally...
