Bouquet list on start up

My VU+ Duo would normally power on straight to tv channel, now when I power on it automatically goes to the bouquet list. Can I change this so it just goes straight to the channel.
I must have change a setting put cant find it anywhere.

Not near a receiver to check so i could be a little off.

while on live tv press the up / down buttons to pull up the EPG and press menu, you should see a settings menu where you can select the channel your on to be set as the default start up channel or something to that effect. very sorry for being so vague but it's been a while since i was in that menu my self.
