Help Please With VSO Downloader +Windows 7 Codecs

I need your help and advice please m8s,when I am using VSO Downloader I can download MP3s fine but when I download a video there is no sound to it. Could it be that I need to update my windows 7 codecs, and if so where is there best place to download them virus free please.

just download K-Lite codec pack & and install it problem solved just google it and it's free.
