vu+ solo wont flash (no picture on tv)

hiya ive recently got a vu+ solo i (i believe its a clone) which was set up before i recieved it (ccam info) this morning the green light is stuck on and no picture being recieved by tv (either via hdmi or scart) :confused:
can any body help me and where to get the right image from and ccam software.
i also run a dreambox 800hd and have no issues with that on same leads>

any help is greatfully recieved. thanks

Take your clone piece of s&@t and throw it in the bin, you'll get no help with it here
