How to add the estuarytv channel

I hope this is in the correct place. The other half asked me today if we can get the new tv channel, Estuary tv. So how do we add this new Freeview channel?
We have the latest Vix image installed, and using the latest Catesye channel list. Any help much appreciated.

It's on Freeview only - I don't see it on any of the satellite listings.

If you have a USB freeview tuner and you are in their broadcasting location I suppose you need to do a rescan.
