Some scrambled channels saying "free to air" and so won't try and decode

Hiya

As per title, some channels say "free to air" in the infobar and the box doesn't try to decode and I can't watch them.
Most channels are working fine and decode no problem.

Extra info in case it is relavent:

I've tried rescanning for channels and am confident that the frequencies are correct.
The SNR and AGC are always at least 77%.
Sometimes the channel info will change from 'free to air' to showing server details and decode the channel properly but other times not - seems random.

Last update: 2013-11-16

Lastly could this be server related as I recently changed supplier? I thought I should check here before bothering him.

no it does not decode them because it says free to air, its saying free to air because it cant decode them.

as for this thread it's closed because we do not support cardsharing. contact your "supplier".
