gigablue hd quad HDMI connection

Hi,

Gigablue Quad running on OpenVix

I am trying to connect my gigablue to my AV receiver (Marantz 1604) without any success for so long.

So, i have to to connect the hdmi cable to my TV and not my AV receiver.

Therefore, i can't enjoy the best sound quality.

Pleasen can someone help me?

Optical cable no good .

I just want tu use my hdmi cable with my AV RECEIVER in order to enjoy a great sound quality.

But, when i do this i have no video/sound. So i have to connect my satelitte receiver directly to my TV.

I guess that the problem is du to the hdmicec.plugin which is not installed but i don't know where to find it and how to install it.

The problem is not due to the cable which is perfectly operational but the satelitte receiver.

I wonder if the issue is not due to the kernel (3.3 on my receiver Gigablue Quad running on Openvix).
