HELP (Newbie)....Vu+ Duo stuck in a problematic loop after installing a plugin

Hi,
I hope someone can help me.
Im fairly new to this, ive had my Vu+ duo receiver for 1 week with Vix image installed and everything has been geat untill now.
I installed a plugin called OPENAIRPLAY and then i got this screen that popped up (as shown in the attachment) and now the machine is stuck in a loop where it will show the message then power down then restart and show the error message again.

Do i need to flash the machine, if so is this the correct link to use

I unzipped,put on usb and put into my box then powered it back up but its not even recongnizing it and its still doing the same loop.

Am i doing something wrong and if so please advise

You could also ftp into your Duo & delete the plugin from /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/

Yeah, that's the one.
As for FTP, File Transfer Protocol. Use an app like filezilla on your PC to connect to the box.

I am currently flashing it with the most recent build but the lcd panel is stuck on "starting"
Shall i restart the box and try again in a different usb port or remove the ethernet cable or something

Its still doing loop thing, can you help me with the ftp program, what setting do i need to enter to access my machine

As for the flashing, its looping but was i using the correct image, how do i know which one to use ?
and am i doing it correctly by unziping putting it on a formatted usb and sticking it in the front and powering up

Yes, that's the correct download for the duo.
Are you sure it's the duo you have & not the duo2?
Also, is it an original box, not a clone?
