External power supply:
Input:
110-240V AC / 50-60Hz / 1,0 A
Output:
12V = / 3,5 A

So powersupply can be used in USA for 110V

The box is equally capable of handling PAL NTSC.
I have no idea about the Dish-Network though.

Make sure you have an up-to-date satellites.xml (obtain it from http://satellites-xml.org/ ) and do a scan.

What setting do you mean? The tuner configuration?
How is your dish set up? Did you have another box before, from which you can copy the settings?

hi I have same issue,

ok.. USA DISH NETWORK USE THIS CONFIGRATION

which normally cant be found in Europe's and middle east receivers

LNB TYPE: OCS-DP
LNB FREQ: 10.750

If we can get this configuration we might get solution.

From hobbyists in the USA & Canada I understand that receiving the normal services from providers is only possible with the provided boxes from the service provider. All 'hobby boxes' are being used for receiving feeds and other satellites.
