Gigablue Quad - Acting strangely

I was trying to scan for a feed earlier tonight.
Each time the box crashed at the end of the scan. This happened every time I tried.

Now the Main menu is popping up of it's own accord every 20 minutes or so.

I'm running the latest VIX image..

Anyone any idea what's happening? Will I need to factory re-set and reinstall the VIX image?

we really need to see the corresponding crash logs from these events.

Do a full reboot of the box, not just an E2 restart.
