VIX image update from 3.06 to 3.07

Hi I have been using a VIX image on my UNo for a few months now and am happy with it. I tried update online an the box said it found 177 updates!
So I proceed to backup and install - only to find it gets stuck on booting 99 every time - tried this with 3 other boxes and the same occurs.

When flashing from USB it accepts the new image (3.07) but then crashes and gives me the booting 99 issue when loading my settings?? surely it shouldnt be this difficult? I am trying to avoid doing a fresh install and settng up my camds, epg, pluging etc all from scratch ..... I do have 4 of these to do .


any advice would be much appreciated.

Latest images are below. Best not to restore settings as your image is so old.

What exact image as there is no 3.06 or 3.07 build. If your image is below 3.0.760 you must not use the online update method but instead reflash to any build above this build due to extensive updates and changes.

Thanks guys - does this mean I can not restore old settings even if I choose not to install the plugins?

looks like start from scratch is the only option?

you can restore settings if you wish but i'd just do a full fresh flash to eliminate the possibility of causing issues with the settings backup.
