hi there - relative newb here with zero technical sense so be gentle please !
i've had my vu-duo+ for a few months with no real problems but it's coming up now "software error enigma needs to restart" - but it doesnt .
it says pass the error log to vix but i have no idea how to do this.
i looked at 2 overnight recordings and its tried about 20 times to record each with no success .
can still get freeview channels but nothing else.
i've tried restarting the box and as said if i go to restart enigma it just sticks on the blue start up screen.
please help ???
