View Full Version : [VU+ Solo2] No picture

Hi everyone,

Having set up the solo 2, I am getting the epg, program name and description but no picture whatsoever.

Any ideas?

The dish is a fixed sky dish.

Tuner setup: 28.2E Eutelsat 28A & Astra 1N/2A/2F.

have you got single feed from the dish?
if you have i think you need to put it into tuner 2 then set tuner config to loopthrough to a in tuner setup menu

I have 2 feeds to lnb.

then it is 1 feed into each tuner and setup both tuners, a and b as single-eutelsat 28.2e etc

what image are you using?
can you see any free to air channels?
are you using your own local card in the solo2? (if you havent got your own card then you will not get any further help on here on how to view pay channels)

No I can't see any channels and it is my own card.

you wll be fine here then mate there is excellent support on how to use your own card in the solo2

i think you will need to take it 1 step at a time-

i take it the box boots up and you say it shows epg and channel name but no picture-

have you done a service scan from the service searching menu?

Hi mate
What colour are your channel list gey or white, if grey then maybe you forgotten to select the right bird in your channel list.
