every time i try to download crossepg channel info,its gets stuck at reading titles,box will not respond to remote,and i have to pull the plug.Tried it 3 times,same result,cheers

Please post the crossepg.log from /media/your stoage location usb or hdd/crossepg

Too late i have wiped the usb stick and going try setting it up again,with a swapfile,sorry

no different.will try and upload the crossepg log
for some reason my new laptop will not show anything on the drive,its saying its empty and i need to format before i can use it,but i know there are items on there,as my old laptop shows them,strange??

Ok,there is no info on the usb stick at all,and it also got stuck again at reading titles,at approx 197kb i think it was??

Managed to get it downloaded now,on previous builds it only took seconds to download,but i see it not takes a few minutes,seems like it was stuck at 195kb,but eventually moves on.sorry for the post i assume its just now takes longer than before,cheers olly
