AutoBouquet Maker/Favourite channels question

If I generate my bouquets from ABM and then add channels to the 'favourites' bouquet, and the frequency changes, will ABM automatically change the frequency of my favourite bouquet entry upon a rescan? Are the favourites linked directly to the ABM-generated main bouquets?

I also use the Favourites TV bouquet a lot.

whats the best tool to edit the bouquets and back up the channel lists?
is it still dreambox edit?

"Best" is subjective. I find DBedit fine but YMMV

I prefer DBEdit too as it works perfectly fine using wine on Linux, but as Tkr001 says "Best" is subjective.
If you don't keep too many channels in your favourites, the remote control options work well.

You could also try out LaZiers ABM plugin, I think you can set custom channels by editing a text file that also gets updated as an autoscan is run?
Haven't used it in a while as I prefer to use inbuilt image functionality, but maybe worth a try.
