I have 3 dishes, two fixed with 6 LNBs and one with motor diseqc 1.2, the motor is set as USALS and I can get all sats between 39°E and 34.5°W.

In sats that have low signal I have to turn off the USALS to be able to make small adjustments (fine-tuning) with the remote control (tuning step), the problem is that after one tuning step I get Tuner Failed in all sats, even in the 6 fixed LNB's!!!

The only way to get it back to work is by turning off the receiver in the back on/off button.

I was now doing a manual scan to one sat and only found one channel, so I went to Menu>Setup>Service Searching>Sat Finder to verify the signal of the transponders of that sat, checked some transponders but they were all without signal, when I left the menu started receiving the error Tuner Failed in all sats, even in the 6 fixed LNB's.

I'm using a fresh flash of the 775 build, I think I have everything set up correctly because everything works perfectly, just have this problem if I try to fine-tuning using the Tuning Step or if I try to check TPs with the Sat Finder.

The connections between the three dishes, the diseqc switch 1.1 and the receiver are correct and worked correctly on my old receiver (Golden Media Spark Reloaded running Spark).

The receiver does not crash so I don't have logs... any idea?

Can you post your exact tuner settings and a diagram how everything is wired up.

Can you post your exact tuner settings and a diagram how everything is wired up.

Diagram:

Tuner settings, Motor diseqc 1.2:
Advanced LNB 1, all sats from motorized dish
Priority - auto
LOF - universal LNB
Voltage mode - polarisation
Increased voltage - no
Tone-mode - band
Diseqc mode - 1.2
Tone-burst - none
Commited Diseqc command - none
Fast diseqc - no
Sequence repeat - no
Command order - committed, uncommitted, toneburst
Uncommitted diseqc command - input 1 (LNB from motorized dish connected to port one in the diseqc switch 1.1)
Diseqc repeats none
Longitude - 009.160 west
Latitude - 038.63 north
Use USALS for this sat - yes
Tuning step size - 0.360
Memory positions - 0.49
Horizontal TS - 2..3
Vertical TS - 1.7

Tuner settings, fixed dishes:
Advanced, LNB 2, LNB 3, LNB 4, LNB 5, LNB 6 and LNB 7
Priority - auto
LOF - universal LNB
Voltage mode - polarisation
Increased voltage - no
Tone-mode - band
Diseqc mode - 1.1
Tone-burst - none
Commited Diseqc command - none
Fast diseqc - no
Sequence repeat - no
Command order - committed, uncommitted, toneburst
Uncommitted diseqc command - input 2 with port 2, input 3 with port 3, input 4 with port 4......

Seems to me that I have to create another tuner setting with input 1/port 1 and USALS disconnected, something like this:
Advanced LNB 10 , sats without USALS
Priority - auto
LOF - universal LNB
Voltage mode - polarisation
Increased voltage - no
Tone-mode - band
Diseqc mode - 1.2
Tone-burst - none
Commited Diseqc command - none
Fast diseqc - no
Sequence repeat - no
Command order - committed, uncommitted, toneburst
Uncommitted diseqc command - input 1(LNB from motorized dish connected to port one in the diseqc switch 1.1)
Diseqc repeats none
Longitude - 009.160 west
Latitude - 038.63 north
Use USALS for this sat - no
Tning step size - 0.360
Memory positions - 0.49
Horizontal TS - 2..3
Vertical TS - 1.7

But this solution does not explain the Tuner Failed using the Sat Finder...

I've read and my connections are correct, my diseqc switch support this type of connections, the same configuration worked at 100% in the other receiver so the problem is in the image.

Sorry for the double post...

Just tested with an image from another team and everything runs smoothly and managed to make small adjustments using Tuning Step and check some TP's without getting the error Tuner Failed.

I hope that Openvix Team be able to solve this problem, I love OpenviX, already tested all the images to my receiver and none of them is as stable as Openvix.

Pretty difficult to test your type of setup. Would be better if you could provide debug logs.

Yes I can, just tell me how can I create or get debug logs?
