Help with XP1000

I have a the xp1000 and until recently I had full list of suppliers from my mortised dish now I have very few, I did a full scan and it found loads but when I go to channel listings a lot of stuff missing Al jazeere etc what can I do to get all back?

you need to say what image are you using and did you load a full channel settings from the outset?
