VU+ solo2 USB stick problems.

Had the Solo2 now for a couple of days and all I can say is what a great bit of kit.

I have manged to load TSpanel and TSmedia, all working perfectly.

The problem I have is trying to get the box to recognise a USB stick without crashing. Everytime I mount the stick the box crashes, I've tried several diffent sticks and get the same result.

Any ideas why this happens and how to solve it

I'm using the Vix team image by the way.

More than likely because you installed TSpanel.
Also, you dont say what image & build you're using?

Vix team Version 3.0 build 775. I posted this on another forum and they came to same conclusion.

I only want the stick to run cross epg.

You're going to have to reflash so & don't install TSPanel.

could he use ts media instead then as alternative ?

I don't really need TSpanel but loaded TSmedia from it.

I might try and uninstall it first and see what happens before re flashing.

sorry, no idea what you mean?
TSMedia should be fine but it does depend on 3rd party links so I doubt all will work.

No point, a fresh flash is the only way to remove TSPanel fully.
