Remote problem

I've not long had my Solo2 so still feeling my way around so forgive me if I'm missing something realy obvious.

I can't input characters or numbers when I go to set up a recording and it asks me to name it. I've also been setting up my logitech remote and I've run into the same problem.

I'm using the latest build of Vix. Hope someone can help.
