Front Panel not working

Hi Guys,

So I wke up this morning to find that my front panel is not on and none of the buttons on the unit are working. So I can't change channels using the remote as the IR does not seem to work on the unit and I can't upgrade the unit as I can't press OK on the unit during the upgrade.

I've tried switching the unit on and off and nothing. The current channel on display shows a small portion of the top screen along the bottom.

Any suggestions?
