Which kernel to use before flashing new image

My Solo keeps freezing & locking up,So i thought Id flash the latest image, its definatley an original, But I cant find the kernel update to do before flashing the latest image, i can find the one for the Vu duo, is it the same one please

you dont update the kernel manually, this is included in the image it self. you flash the bootloader which is here.
