Guide to Duo2

Quick question as a new user of the duo2, I was using the EPG on the duo2 yesterday and discovered that if I pressed the small silver "Up" channel button the EPG moved forward 24 hrs and the "Down" channel button the reverse, is there a guide anywhere that would list all these shortcuts?
