I am on Vix 3.0 an upgraded to latest version OpenViX 3.0-773

and having some issues with out put on certain channels

it is showing as a box within the screen. When i go into Av settings I have it on HDMI, 1080i and 50HZ and 16:9 is pillarbox.

When i try to change the 4:3 it just crashes and then reboots.

Can someone help as to what the issue might be to get normal screen

as per the many forum announcements did you reflash the receiver to at least build 760 first, rather than using a online update ?

No i did not just used the online update. Do i need to reflash. Will i lose all my plugins installed?

you can create a settings backup and restore that but you must do a reflash first.
