Have tried 760/766/770 all with different usb sticks, and the image manager, image manager hangs, usb stick message reboot 99 like other members are getting then spinning Vix then switches off instead of saying remove usb and reboot.

Have tried again today with 773 and still won't update from 750, updated using usb sticks & image manager

Just tried to do a image restore from build 750 to 773 via the image manager on my ultimo, The update appeared to fail as it did not reboot it self so after about 10 minutes i manually rebooted it via the rear rocker switch.

When the receiver rebooted it went strait to the FIW, so i set things up from here with a settings restore and once it rebooted to finalize the restore i checked the information page which shows it as build 773.

so the flash did go through fine but the receiver did not reboot it self as expected.

How do i update to 773 just tried again by usb reads, Update file exist press button/loading then goes into spinning vix and switches off another reboot still 750. Image manager 773 do you want to restore/yes please wait 1/2 hours hangs there, reboot still on 750.What I did notice is that when downloading 773 from image manager in the black download screen reads in progress but you don't see anything downloading.

Update, Just flashed by usb stick 750 to 753 same result as 750 to 773, do you think I should return box to W.O.S as faulty ?

no i dont think the unit is faulty at all, but we need debug logs or serial ( putty ) logs from the failed attempts.

also try formatting your USB stick again using the tool in the following tutorial.
