Installing image other than Vix

If I change image from Vix to another do I need to re-install Mgcamd ?

If I re-install Vix would the restore facility be available ?

If you install a new image ( other than Vix ).. You will have to set up your receiver from scratch.. No Vix back ups can be used if flashing any other image..

When i make a back up of my image.. I make an image back up.. and a settings back up.. Then you can revert back to Vix in just a few clicks of your remote..
