Swap file issue

Hey guys, it's seems for what ever reason I have to reset the box via the button at the back, my swapfile seems to reset itself to the point where the USB needs to be initialisation again. Now I've never had this problem before as it's always been solid and yes I have done a fresh flash as instructed for 760. That's when the problem has started. I'm up to the latest build too

Any issues with anyone else or am I special lol
