These picons are made by a member from another forum by a guy called Licher Pils hence these icons are googled as LICHER PICON
i think iam right in saying that they are done via photoshop ive done a few myself but mine were done thru paint and youd need a blank to start with id imagine but to be fair hes normally on the ball with making new icons for most sats

I use photoshop 100 pixel by 60 pixel make your icon how ever you want. i tent to put in a bevel mask as seen on your icon above give it a nice look but thats really it then obviously it needs to be PNG and renamed to the service reference
