Hi guys
Does anyone know where i can purchase a replacement cooling fan for my VU+SOLO2.
The fan works but is very noisy.

I have done that already.vu fans are a weird size nothing available will fit,I have tried a couple.
I want a like for like.

You could try Maplins, they generally have quite a good range.

I have been there seen it and done it.ebay,Amazon,maplins,other component sellers can not find one.It needs to be a VU fan
The size is 34 mm and the 3 pin connection is also tiny.

Thats the first place i went........but as it stands i have not been given any clue if they have one or can get one.

I've not opened up my box so don't know what it looks like but could you not just fit something close in size and solder the wires from the new fan to the old fans wire connector? A bit hot glue can do wonders;)

Have you tried taking it out to clean and inspect the fan could be a bit of dust lodged in somewhere.
