no media player in latest build

in latest vix build 767 there is no media player in plugins feed does anybody know where/how to install media player?

The old, not maintained MediaPlaye plugin has been abandoned.
What would you want to do with such a plugin? The MediaPlayer is (and always has been) embedded.

my wife is familiar with its use and usually uses it to watch her recordings however I have found a workaround by browsing to movie/recordings and playing the file now I just have the regrettable task of trying to show her indoors how to do it :mad:
