is it still possible to build an image for this box on oe-alliance
what pre-reqs are required in ubuntu 12.04
its been a while whats the check out process and build commands pls
Hi ren, yes you can still build ViX or any other OE-Alliance images your self. its been a long long time since i looked into it but you can download a make fie from here.

it look you have not tar installed
I'm attempting to build oe-alliance its been a long while and I'm rusty with this stuff so this is probably something stupid, any ideas on the below

vix dont support dreambox images
there is a build target for it.?
There have been DM models in the ViX make file for years since we briefly built a set of ViX 2.0 DM images, technically it may be possible to build a ViX Apollo image for DM hardware but it would likely need a good deal of work in the GIT to achieve and it's not something we are going to do as we have no plans to offer support for DM hardware.
does vix still support the tmtwin

maybe give so more info, how do we know your server is setup right in the first place?
have you followed any guides to setup server?
Are you building on a VM Machine, few people I've passed error too all say memory issue on your build machine.
