need help please

Dear Masters

After upgrading the solo2 to new vix 760 , I find no pre-installed plugins (cross epg , ....) anymore. Could someone please help me to recover the installed plugins ?

if you did a backup before you updated, then go to menu\setup\vix\backup manager and select your last backup. If you did not do a back up the you will have to re-install plugins from plugin menu

one would be auto generated i think as i always have a backup without doing one.how did you update through image or usb?
I have this image as they are embedded and i have everything so i suggest a clean install.

I have tried several flash using usb but nothing happened. any solution ?

if flash is failing it could be a bad usb,vu boxes are fussy what they use.try another
