View Full Version : TS Media 4.2 Not installing

Hi Guys,

Have I missed something about TS media. After upgrade and reflash my TS Media was missing from the installed plugins. .I'm currently running 764 build and when trying to re install Ts Media it fails with reference to the "librtemp". I'd also read it was possible to carry out a upgrade from 3.9 but I can't find the 3.9 ipk file anyway..

Any help is much appreciated

There are indeed still problems with TS-Media.

A work-around is:
1- Install the attached version
2- restart GUI
3- Open TS-media and go to settings --> libraries; install librtmp0
4- Restart GUI
5- Open TS-Media and go to settings --> Update
6- Restart GUI

Now the installation should be fine.

This worked ok for me last night, but I ran opkg update from tsmedia library before installing librtmp0

Good that it worked for you, but you take the risk to have to do it all again.

Seems to be working ok for now. Once the one in the feeds starts working again, I will uninstall then reinstall from feeds

The author is trying to find a solution for PLI- and non-PLi based images.

Thanks for the ipk file Rob. Installed it but when I went into settings I could not see the install for Librtemp, However in the update section there is a Library option in there so went in and installed one of the Librtemp0 from there.. Carried out the update to 4.2 and all is well THanks again :-) :thumbsup:

This did not work for me. I even uninstalled from plug-ins before I FTP'd across Rob's file for install. TS media loads up, but cannot install librtmp0 from library. It says it cannot satisfy the dependencies?

Try and instal the latest version in the list of files. I did this and it worked for me.

A new version has been released: it looks like the installing issues are over now.

I'll add it to the feeds.

Thats nothing to do with the current installation problems but more likely as the streams are not exactly legal to begin with they tend to get shut down from time to time.

Movies25 has not worked for weeks now..

1channel or ice are your best bets..

Can someone help me. When I run TSmedia update from its own in built updater, it still sticks with the old version when I reboot Enigma.

Is there a way of totally flushing out the old version and reinstalling the new (Dreambox UK image - based on Open Pli) being used.

I know the movie links havent been working recently and know fix is being sought but provided I can get the latest version to update I'll keep fingers crossed in meantime.

Amazing plugin....

Sorry for being a bit thick but can I just install via the plugin set up on my Duo box or do I need to download via pc and FTP into my box?

I've only ever Ftp'd ipk files and then loaded them.
