Cannot retreive Rytec providers. Why not

I tried to update the rytec epg and on updating providers the screen says cannot retreive rytec providers. I have not change any settings so any ideas why this has happened and how can I repair it. Thanks

You might have a communication problem with your VU+Duo.

What happens when you try to download Plugins - Menu - Plugins - download plugins.

If you get a feeds down message then your box has the comms issue.

Which plugin do you use for Rytec: Cross or XMLTV-importer?
