how to user fine movement on vix

how can I user the positioner setup with vix

I get the sat to lock on using usal but the signal is only 60%

I can get a lock on the sat with the satfinder.

I then go to positioner setup

the sat is not locked up & the signal strength is blank.

how do I get a lock on the sat

I was sent some instructions saying I had to enter the freq for the tp I used with the satfinder but how do I enter that

so how do I manual enter a sat using disq
