Since the last software update on 17/10/13 the SD pictures from the VU+ box are blurred and ghosty with 2 stations showing on the screen at times. Have you and ideas to sort this, thanks.

Colin i am suffering the same fault, i was just going to post and will.
I have the smurfs in mine also lol.
Same as you ONLY SD channels, all HD are fine.
Some big issue here with the drivers i assume.

I had the same issue until Andy pointed out to me that it was my TV that couldn't support 60Hz..

If you go into AV settings and change the refresh rate to 50Hz instead of multi then all should be good..

Changing to 50Hz did not correct this as come home this afternoon, turned box on and all sd channels again blurry etc.
I checked settgins and still on 50hz

Problem is already been dealt with under solo thread. Seems all vix images on most boxes are doing this.
Update to 760 to resolve this issue.
Nice update by the way. like the screen resolution display on top right corner.
What i have noticed is that everytime i change channel, my tv also refreshes the display and shows the hz info.
That can't be right?

Then you have AR enabled in AV-settings? If so the box tries to match the output resolution to the video contents. If you don't want that, you can turn it off (or use the AR-plugin to fine tune this).

Ar is set to no.
The video output did change to Scart YPbPr though when i did the update.

Did you update or did you do a fresh flash? It it's advised in the changelog that a fresh flash with system back up is essential to 760, or you will have problems.
