As I live in East Anglia, the Terrestrial transmitter is Tacolneston but that does not come up as an option in the tuner configuration. How can I get this FTA transmitter on my available selections.

Are you using plug-in tuner or usb one.

I may be wrong but i think plug-in tuner is DVB-T which is not suitable for UK.

dvb-t is fine in uk.

you'll need to upload the terrestrial.xml for your area i presume.

dvb-t is fine in uk.
Are you sure? I was lead to believe that in the UK only DVB-T2 services are available.
