Flashing Latest ViX Image - What to Expect?

Hi, I'm not on the latest Fix image however looking to upgrade soon.I was curious to know if any customisations, mods and plugins are lost during the upgrade process? if so, can they be restored easily?

The it would be best to make a settings backup with the backup manager and reflash the image from fresh, you can then restore the backup to the new image for your settings and plugins etc.
