Not able to flash from usb

i have the latest openvix on my ultimo and trying to flash another image
i format my usb fat32 or fat and put the 4 files to vuplus/ultimo but once the ultimo reboots it never tells me to
press ch- i have tryed so 3 different usbs but still the same problem
tryed taking off hdd and every cable on the back only power and usb
but still the same problem
upgraded my fpga too

Yeah, that's what we do to make sure you don't leave us :p

Is any other USB-port in use? If so: disconnect.
Also try front-port (or back-port if you did use front already).

If the box is up & running when you put that stick in, does it say 'no media files found' (or something like that)?

i have no usb prots used i tryed both front and back
and it does say no media files found when is up and running

Then I would suggest to format your stick with the HP-utility (search the forum, must be in a sticky).
