Different channel numbers

I have different channel numbers being displayed on the user interface when selecting a channel via EPG (28.2 E UK Bouquets) compared to genre selection i.e. entertainment

for instance, when on EPG (28.2E UK Bouquets) and select BBC Three it selects channel 115, but when i select the genre (entertainment) and then select BBC Three it selects channel 1041.
This is the same for all channels.
Is there anyway i can get it so that it selects the same channel i.e. channel 115 on both? :confused:

Do you have 'alternative channelnumbering' activated?

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the reply. I think I've sorted it for now, but i am not too sure if it may be happening after a software update? I'll keep an eye on it mate.
