how to stream vu solo 2 box

how do I stream my box to pc or app
ive got the vu+ player app on iphone 5 but only seem to be able to stream in house which has wifi and not on mobile network
if I was to stream to pc id need to be able to stream to a pc that cant install nothing but just has basic things installed as its a work pc
any ideas how I can do these thanks

Put your box ip into Web browser mate

how I do that with sky router

I have no idea what the "sky router" is as I am not in the UK. However googling may help you. In fact entering "port forward sky router" into google search produced many guides.
