Picture in Picture on Duo2: How does it work?

Hi,
I managed to get a picture in picture to appear on my Duo2 by pressing Blue on the remote and selecting Picture in Picture, which can be removed if you press enter.

Are there any other keys on the remote that control this function? For example change channel, as both pictures display the same channel?

Any help would be appreciated.

Press blue again, and see the options.
