channel listing not comming up

hi ive got tm600 and updated with one lastest firmware but not picking up the sky sports channels and movies channels could someone tell me why this

To scan, the receiver needs to consult the satellites.xml file as to shich transponders to scan. There have been lots of changes recently and your satellites.xml file should be replaced. There is a guide on how to generate/replace this in the guides section.
