Updating my solo2

i want to update my img. to the latest but want to keep my settings. if i go to backup manager does it back up just the settings which would allow me to copy them back after the update or is it a full backup. if it is a back a full backup how do i save my settings and recording lists and stuff like that.....

backup manager backs up your settings, including bouquets, cam config files and plugins etc.

imaga manager creates a full image backup.

Will it save what i want to record list (don't know what you call it doh!!) as well? thanks for your help

Yes, timers and autotimers are also included in any settings backup.
