vu+duo2 error

hi im a newby trying to setup vu+du02.
my present problem is an error message permanently on screen with red X error:
[errno http error] no host given

your help please

you need to explain a little better the error your seeing as to be honest i have no idea what your talking about.

i have a black letter box in the center of tv screen displaying an error message as follows:-


white X on a red backround then Error: [errno http error] no host given

i can delete this message by pressing green button twice but it returns after 20 second

I have powered off mu vu+duo2 several times ,but to know avail.

Still no idea what you're talking about, can you take a screenshot & upload it here?
Also, what image & build number are you using?

What image are you using and what plugins have you installed?

done it the old fashion way "factory reset" has cured it

Be aware that a factory-reset only resets a small number of items.
The best way in case of serious troubles is to flash the box.
