vu solo 2 problems

my vu solo 2 has all of a sudden having problems
some times when first turn on after been in standby all night it comes on with no sound

and second thing is started to do is , crash on certain channels after beening on for so long say approx. 2hours

any ideas how to sort

Image version and number
Is TSpanel installed?
Attach crash logs, so what has happened can be seen.
Also, enable debug logs (reboot required). You can then send these in for teh developers to look at.

Also, have you PTS enabled & if so, where do you store it to?

tspanel isn't installed
I haven't got any crash logs
how do I enable it or get a log to attach

Okay, you are on build number 747.

Logs
Menu > Setup > System > Logs > Settings

Best to change the location of where it saves to USB so that you do not lose the crashlogs if it reboots. If you enable the debug logs, beware that using HDD will result in HDD spinning up. You will be able to send the logs via receiver or you can attach to your posts on the forum.

On a reboot logs will never be deleted, only after a flash if they were in flash.
