Hi 2 questions

1 How or where Page up Page down in EPG Vix software

2 When I go to the EPG the channel I am currently on is displayed.
I want it to go to the 1st channel in bouquet every time.

Press help and you see the function of all buttons for the actual screen.

Usually 2 & 8 move up and down in the graphical epg

Then there is something seriously wrong with your set-up. I advise you to reflash your box without using restore.

When I press help tsmedia download comes up. As you can guess I have tsmedia loaded.

By offered I presume you mean lost.
Will uninstall bring it back or new install needed.

to answer your questions though the 2 and 8 keys page the epg and press the menu button when in epg and there is a setting to display the first channel in the list.
