no sound on my hd channels

hi , can anyone help me I am pretty new to all this
I have a vu+ duo and its working great
except on the HD channels I have no sound at all but ok on all other channels
I am running open pli software

Hi,
enable downmix in the audio settings. I think they transmit AC3/DD and you telly does not support it.
